We begin with the fundamentals, teaching the sales process step-by-step, from the Meet & Greet through Closing, Handoff to Finance and Vehicle Delivery. We teach your people how to prospect continuously, the importance of teamwork, multiple paths to closing, and how to accurately read buying signals in body language and verbal responses. Most importantly, each student leaves the AFG Training Academy with a personalized Action Plan that is his or her roadmap to success, including specific behaviors they need to improve and measurable performance objectives.
