Wright has been a leader in the automotive industry since 1982. His background in the retail environment includes diverse roles in areas of finance, insurance and dealership general management. He has mastered numerous sales and marketing positions in the industry.

Wright’s passion for helping automobile dealers get a greater return on their investments in human capital has resulted in development of a variety of products and services offered to Automotive Financial Group clients throughout the country. His excitement about the Training Academy comes from his belief that "Training is taking the mystery out of success and then creating good habits."

He is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business.
