The combination of her retail auto sales background and human resources experience make Kristin the perfect fit for her position as Recruiting Coordinator at AFG Training Academy.

Following her graduation from Dallas Baptist University with a Master of Arts in Management, Kristin began her career in the car business as a retail sales person at an Infiniti dealership, before eventually moving into internet sales.

Following her tenure with Infiniti, Kristin moved into an HR consulting position at one of the largest global accounting firms. This honed her knowledge of staffing best practices, recruiting methods, and allowed her to gain experience in HR and finance practices.
