Target Audience Teams of 4-5 Dealership Associates from a variety of departments that must work together to provide a superior customer service.. All dealership employees are invited to attend this workshop.
Course Objective Gain improved customer satisfaction by student associates demonstrating understanding of the basics of CSI programs, realizing the importance of teamwork and being able to implement process improvement actions in the dealership.
Course Description A one-day overview of the basics of CSI programs, team building exercises and process improvement action plan development.
