Training is at our campus in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, free from interruptions that often happen with on-site training. For our recruits, it’s often the first step in a new career; for your high-potential associates, it’s a reward for a job well done, and an investment in their personal futures.

To promote continued professional growth, each student leaves the AFG campus with a personal action plan that contains specific, personalized performance objectives. We send a copy to the Dealer or General Manager for implementation and follow up.
